OUR PROGRAMS
Underprivileged communities (mainly townships) within our
country are overwhelmed with the burden of schools which do not offer much of
post matric guidance to equip children with knowledge needed to prepare them
for what lies ahead beyond high school.
Beyond their matric year, most are left without knowing what options and opportunities are out there for them to pursue, which leaves them vulnerable to conditions like depression, anxiety or even suicide. This is caused by a lack of knowledge and the uncertainties of what the future holds for a "Township Child".
THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THIS INITIATIVE
We aim to host 40 to 100 post matriculants annually and put them through a mind revival weekend bootcamp program that aims to give them tools that they will need to face the world. What might seem like a trying time to them, we aim to show them that it is never too late for their lives to change.
After the Grade 13A initiative being specifically created for post matriculants, we realized that parents also form part of the issue as well. The Parent Meeting Bootcamp was formulated as a space for parents to engage and guide one another in creating a brighter future for the children.
THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THIS INITIATIVE
The bootcamp was created or formulated for parents to share their ideas amongst each other on how to harvest a greener and fruitful future for their children.
We aim to host about 40 to 100 parents annually where we put them through a mind revival weekend bootcamp program. The bootcamp consists of sessions such as parental counselling, financial literacy and such tools that they will need to be better parents.
Ladies need love as well. This is why the 'Ladies Only' bootcamp was created. It is not just a bootcamp it is a movement and a spirit of sisterhood. During the bootcamp the ladies enjoy fun-filled activities, beneficial lessons games as well as tackle issues and challenges that they face daily and in life generally.
THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THIS INITIATIVE
The plan is to 50 to 100 ladies annually during women's month (August) where we put our ladies through a mind revival bootcamp program that aims to give them positive personal development, financial literacy and tools that they need to be better people in life.
Same as our ladies, the gents also need some love. Hence the 'Men Up' bootcamp is part of our annual program roster. We also see this not only as a bootcamp but also as a movement and a spirit of brotherhood. We cater for men aged 16 and above and during the bootcamp the men enjoy fun activities, motivational lessons as well as games. We also cover and tackle issues our men face daily and in their lives around a bonfire. Basically this men's only bootcamp is to help our male counterparts clear the air away from the harsh world.

We strive to host about 50 to 100 men annually. The programs are based on mind revival aimed at giving positive personal development, financial literacy and tools that they need to be better men in life.
As it is known we live in over-populated communities where hygiene lacks a great deal which results in us as human settling in spaces which are polluted. This alone compromises a human's health and well being. As Impande Rooted we have created this initiative to contribute in creating cleaner living conditions for our people.
THE PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THIS INITIATIVE
We aim to clean our parks, sporting facilities, playgrounds and areas which are easily accessible to our children and dwellers at large. We want our people to enjoy these facilities and areas without having to compromise their health and well being. Therefore we have made it our duty and responsibility as an NPO to do our due diligence in creating a cleaner society for all.
